What is a good guitar instruction DVD for a 10 year old?

in Guitar Instruction Articles

My 10-year-old has guitar lessons for about 8 months. She also took piano lessons for about 5 years. She knows a few chords. We may have to stop their teaching. To their learning, we were thinking of an instructional DVD. Is there one that would be particularly good for her age. We, as their parents do not know, guitar. Therefore, we want a good program to help her progress. Thanks.

There is no substitute for video lessons.

I may not know about videos, but by looking at YouTube videos people can post to find lessons. I saw a video where a man taught how to play Mason Williams “Classical Gas”. Youtube is a good resource for a motivated learner.
